For so many people, the cost of a dentist in the USA, is too high to be afforded. For the ones who live close to the Mexican border there is a solution to this problem, the solution is going down to Mexico. Well even people that are not too close to the border, nowadays are more and more often taking the habit of jumping on a plane to go down to Mexico and have the dental work done by a Mexican Dentist at a much more affordable price.

Well, Mexico is a very big country, so there must be a place where to go, a list of doctors or an association to find out where you can choose a good Mexican dentist. The cosmetic dentists in Mexico as in the USA are regulated by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the association counts about 7600 members that are from 60 different countries.

We are talking about Mexico, but I am sure that you may be able to find other countries where you can have the same dental work done at an affordable price just like in Mexico, even if we are now talking about the certified doctors from the American academy to guarantee a high standard, doesn't mean you can't find something similar in Santo Domingo or in some other place of the Central America.

You have to understand the mentality and the culture of people in Mexico, and even if you are going to dael with doctors, you still have to take some steps, to achieve your good price deal. The most important part, is that you have to bargain a little bit, and go for an all inclusive price, if you don't want to have your price increased from some additional detail, that they can broad up during the days of the treatment.

Some people say: but how can I trust a Mexican doctor! Yes you can, it is much better if you make an appointment for a free consultation, and this is very important, not sending any money over the Internet before. You go for your free consultation and when you go and see the studio personally, you make sure the doctor uses a high standard of care in what he is doing to fix you teeth.

get a good dental work in Mexico, the best way is asking someone who has already got a dental work done in Mexico, if you don't know anybody, look for blogs were people talk about their dental work. I saw some posts from people that went down to Mexico and they say exactly where they went and how it was, reading comments from other people, it is far the safest way to get a good job done for a great price.

An important aspect, that not all the Mexican dentist take care of, is the language, you have to find necessarily a dentist who speaks English. The ones who have the secretary translating for them, don't make you fill so comfortable. The doctor may be good, but the fact that may not speak English, can make you fill uncomfortable, so when you make an appointment for the free consultation, make sure the doctor is the one who is talking to you and as a result, you will not panic for any reason when it will get to the real treatment.

One thing you should definitely avoid, is taking any chances by going to the first dentist you find just across the border, you have to make a little research on the Internet, according to your area. Write them you are planning to go down there, wherever the city you are planning to go, and ask for an appointment and a free consultation to have an estimate price of the cosmetic work you need to get done in Mexico, good luck.
